Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business models
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for long-term strategic planning
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and global forums
- Published research on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) highly valued
