Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to build 2026 strategic forecasts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation paths
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for executive/board audiences
- Identify and prioritize emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
