Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap through market analysis and trend prediction
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Establish foresight methodologies and pioneer predictive analytics frameworks
- Represent InnovateX at global innovation forums and shape industry conversations
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum systems, and synthetic biology convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
