Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for multi-year product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry pioneers, researchers, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Drive ethical innovation protocols for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
