- Represent company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-ready trend analyses
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Two-Scenarios, Delphi Method)
- Published author in journals like Future Studies Quarterly or Technological Forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three implemented future-strategy projects
