Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and advanced robotics
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation pipelines and product development cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to track breakthrough innovations
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities to the board and senior leadership
- Curate Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future Forward' conference featuring global technology pioneers
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or equivalent
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications or policy frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable technology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources (scientific papers, patent filings, market signals)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications on future technology trends
