Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework analyzing AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology integration
- Monitor global tech trends and emerging threats through continuous research and analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a portfolio of futuristic pilot projects with $5M+ budgets
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Strong academic background in technology, economics, or futures studies (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) or equivalent experience
- Experience managing high-impact innovation projects in regulated industries
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism journals
