Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision framework across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in decentralized systems and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 2030+ technological inflection points
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Author thought leadership on ethical AI adoption and sustainable tech development
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation lab ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with ethical governance frameworks for transformative technologies
