Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient infrastructure systems
- Architect ethical AI governance models for autonomous decision ecosystems
- Coordinate with quantum computing teams to solve complex optimization problems
- Produce whitepapers and policy recommendations for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof design methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published research in climate adaptation or AI ethics preferred
- Proficiency in systems modeling tools (AnyLogic, Stella Architect)
- Experience with quantum computing or autonomous systems
