Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop and maintain a 10-year innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
- Drive the incubation of moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces positioning our brand as a future-shaper
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, futures studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Portfolio of successful future-focused initiatives or projects
