Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL for trend intelligence
- Present disruptive scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and governmental bodies as industry thought leader
- Author annual 'FutureState' whitepapers read by 500K+ professionals globally
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Technology Review)
- Fluency in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology adoption curves
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or related field
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnership projects
