Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market disruption scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite to shape 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for experimental ventures
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategic decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience with foresight tools like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
