Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce trend reports and white papers disseminated to industry stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for high-potential emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
- Represent the company at global future-focused conferences and summits
- Design and execute pilot programs for next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed future studies journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term technology strategy
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic concepts
