Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive trends and technological inflection points
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for global markets and societal transformations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynotes, and executive workshops
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research
- Champion organizational culture of future-readiness through training and change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and global stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data visualization and qualitative research techniques
- Demonstrated track record of publishing thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and societal implications
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
