Responsibilities
- Architect strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and C-suite stakeholders

- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Author seminal white papers on AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Oversee the FutureTech Accelerator program mentoring next-gen innovators
- Integrate exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) into enterprise roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 95%+ accuracy
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience interfacing with government futurists and UN policy bodies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on enterprise strategy (>$1B revenue impact preferred)
