Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and assess their viability for commercial application.
- Lead cross-functional research and development projects to prototype and validate future-tech solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technological vision with business goals.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors that may impact future technology adoption.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious initiatives.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technical strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative technology products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, with specific interest in AI, Machine Learning, and sustainable tech.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment or a high-growth startup setting.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
