Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and the technological landscape of 2026.
- Roadmap Leadership: Lead the development of the product and technology roadmap, identifying key innovations and integration points for AI, AR/VR, and quantum computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for future initiatives and strategic pivots.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
- Partnership Building: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships that align with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain technologies.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
