Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging trends.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Immersive Interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our product portfolio.
- Oversee the adoption of new architectural patterns and frameworks to ensure scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or Distributed Systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
