Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the Year 2026, focusing on AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead architectural design for next-gen infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Establish governance frameworks for the adoption of disruptive technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, AI, or quantum computing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
- Deep understanding of post-silicon architectures and quantum algorithms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
