Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into our production environment.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all engineering teams.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architecture reviews to drive engineering excellence.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex futuristic requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding stack selection, cloud migration, and microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
