Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for our flagship "2026 Vision" product line.
- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction for engineering initiatives, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in LLMs, edge computing, and autonomous agents to drive innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, recruit, and mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- System Scalability: Ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability under high load, utilizing cloud-native technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and microservices.
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through ambiguity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
