Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technological advancement, identifying key trends in AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing to prepare our infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, enterprise-grade systems that can handle future scaling demands without compromising security or performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, C-suite executives, and engineering teams to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead pilot programs for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, IoT ecosystems) and evaluate their viability for full-scale integration.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Select and manage partnerships with top-tier tech providers and research institutions to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Talent & Culture Building: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technology strategy within a major tech organization.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating future tech trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.
