Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-availability systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI and predictive analytics into core workflows.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering team.
- Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility studies for long-term R&D projects.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of concurrent processing.
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML models at scale and optimizing data pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
