Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
