What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and oversee the integration of next-gen technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for emerging tech implementations.
- Establish scalable frameworks that support rapid growth and high concurrency.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and microservices.
- Proven experience in emerging technologies and future-proofing technical strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for executive leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
