Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technical initiatives, focusing on AI integration, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of high-availability, cloud-native systems that can handle enterprise-grade data loads.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies to determine their viability for future product development.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and the potential application of Quantum computing in enterprise settings.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make high-impact decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
