Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and security across all cloud environments.
- Design and implement microservices and distributed systems that can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into production pipelines.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and drive decision-making for critical infrastructure upgrades.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential applications in cryptography and optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
