Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 strategic goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud architecture across multiple environments.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and edge computing, to stay ahead of market trends.
- Manage technical debt and optimize system performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures using modern technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI and Machine Learning workflows into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and technical change.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
