In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and implementation, working closely with product managers and designers to deliver world-class solutions. You will own key features from conception to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional performance.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-availability web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, Product) to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure product stability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployments (AWS/Azure) to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) is required.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments. Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) database design and optimization.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for user-centric design.
