Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Lead month-end/year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends driving financial outcomes
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize financial processes using automation and advanced Excel/Power BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, Power Query)
- Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills for data manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data to stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
