Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to project future financial performance and identify key drivers of growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to operational teams to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
