Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting for $50M+ client portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts using advanced Excel techniques
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with executive teams to present financial insights and drive decision-making
- Manage annual budgeting processes across multiple business units
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Active CPA or CFA designation preferred
