Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost reduction.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and research to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
