Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles for multiple business units.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop complex financial models and business case analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams to improve financial performance metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.
