Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly financial forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting for executive stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, including M&A scenarios and capital investment decisions.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize cash flow, working capital, and operational costs.
- Prepare high-level presentations and detailed written reports that communicate financial performance clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and process improvements to enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and synthesize them into clear business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
