Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create insightful reports for executive stakeholders
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Manage budgeting processes and variance analysis for $50M+ portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ROI analysis initiatives
- Present financial findings to leadership using Power BI visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL
- Experience with financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
