Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry trends and economic shifts.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.
