Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions
- Analyze quarterly performance data and prepare executive-level variance reports
- Create monthly financial forecasts with 95%+ accuracy for multiple business units
- Partner with department heads to develop annual operating budgets and strategic initiatives
- Lead ad-hoc projects including ROI analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts through financial training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in SaaS or tech industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or CPA license
