Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business units.
- Develop robust financial models to assess project ROI and support capital expenditure decisions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual operating budget.
- Collaborate with the treasury team to manage liquidity and cash flow forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced functions, VBA), and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
