Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop complex financial models to project future revenue, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on market trends and competitive positioning.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
