Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models to project revenue streams, expense patterns, and profitability scenarios.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and regulatory filings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
