Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
