Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and financial reports
- Analyze market trends and economic data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
