Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing deep financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to forecast performance, analyze market trends, and optimize capital allocation.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Assist in the development of long-term business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support pricing strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
