Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow with high accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and strategic operating plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI).
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a major plus.
