Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to support capital budgeting and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to drive business performance.
- Ensure compliance with all internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using Excel and advanced tools.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
