Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly projections
- Lead financial due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations to communicate key financial insights
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts through complex financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet) and SQL for data extraction
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders
- Proven track record of optimizing financial performance through data analysis
