Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities

- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in B2B services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data to non-financial audiences
