Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive reports and forecasting models for $200M+ client portfolios
- Develop dynamic Excel dashboards and automate financial workflows using advanced VBA scripting
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities in Central Valley industries
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven presentations
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize departmental reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial modeling techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
