Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on business performance metrics and market conditions
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive dashboards and presentations
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, VBA, and Power Query
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
